ADVANCED DYNAMIC SHOULDER STRENGTH AND STABILITY PROGRAM

AND HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER
The shoulder stability program has been in practice for over 12 years. It was developed in professional baseball to aid in the recovery and rehab of professional pitchers. The program had such success it has been modified for every level of competition. The advanced dynamic program is for the high school and college player. The program is 6 weeks long. All the workouts should be completed to see the best results from the program. The program is designed to increase the endurance and strength of the small muscles of the shoulder and elbow. The movements are dynamic in nature to help the body function at its peak. This program should be used in conjunction with a baseball specific strength and conditioning program. Strict form should be used at all times. The movements should be controlled but have a smooth tempo. All ball players should be checked by a doctor before starting any conditioning program.
